What's new in this release?

• Now supports more OBD2 devices - app doesn't wait for init string from the adapter upon connection, which some give and some don't.

• Retries setup commands if no response is given. Will fix lost commands on startup 

• Initialises CAN protocol (auto-detect) on each startup. Fixes 'silent' mode (where the OBD adapter had missed one or more setup commands, and was sending unrecognized formats to the app, leaving the app silent (black screen).
